YOUTH IMPACT COACHING AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The MaxMe organisation primary aim is to provide coaching, integrated information guidance and access to personal development opportunities to the youths, parents and youth workers through one-to-one life coaching, group seminars and access to further education internationally. Our Objectives are :

To empower the youths and the adults responsible for them the necessary life skills that will facilitate their smooth transition to adulthood; working life; and maximise their potentials in all their endeavours.

To provide the youths with a foundation for lifelong learning; maximising individual potentials; and developing positive attitudes towards achieving set goals.

To encourage the youth in taking the initial step in the right direction of maximising his/her unique talents

To expose the youth to resources at his/her disposal for them to exploit it to become an effective individual that can affect his/her generation in a positive manner

To facilitate the attainment of critical skills necessary for the youth to become dynamic and confident achievers who can ensure first class results in whatever they embarks upon

To aid the youth to develop: sound self-esteem; sense of identity; clear and realistic expectations of his/her own strength and limitations

To impact a positive attitude in to the youth for exploring their own self development.
